Ocean Dental Studio is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Boynton Beach, FL. Our modern, state-of-the-art practice is known for providing comprehensive dental care with advanced technology and a patient-focused approach.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. If you’re a team player with strong communication skills and dental front desk experience, we’d love to hear from you!

** Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus! **

Compensation: $23-30 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule/Job Type:

Full-time.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience (required).
Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients.
Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and AR management.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
