Graff Orthodontics is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently conduct direct sales and help patients move forward with their treatment plans. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with patients. Compensation: $25-27 per hour, based on experience
 
Schedule:
  • Full-time.
  • Monday - Friday (4 1/2 days a week)  7:45 AM - 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure alignment with referring dentists.
  • Foster relationships with every new patient, as well as referring dentists.
  • Tracking all new patients and following up with pending patients.
  • Maintain a certain conversion rate (75-85%).
  • Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance and submitting pre-estimates.
  • Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance at all times.
  • Assist in the collection of payments.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Provide administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Scan with Itero for every new patient (new patient records).

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dental/orthodontic office, preferably with treatment coordinating.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and writing contracts.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
