MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Regional Manager of Operations!

The Regional Manager of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational and financial success of multiple affiliated dental practices throughout an assigned territory. This role partners closely with doctor owners and office leadership teams to drive performance, develop talent, improve patient experience, and support practice growth. The ideal candidate has proven multi-practice management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coach teams while balancing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.

This is a remote position that requires travel throughout New York. Overnight travel may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide operational oversight and support for multiple affiliated dental practices within an assigned territory.
Partner with doctor owners and office leaders to drive practice performance and achieve operational goals.
Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, accounts receivable, and profitability.
Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop office leadership teams while promoting accountability and engagement.
Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Support billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes across assigned practices.
Serve as a liaison between affiliated offices and corporate support departments.
Travel regularly to practices to provide leadership, training, and operational guidance.
Lead special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-site or multi-practice management experience required.
Healthcare or dental operations experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing financial performance, accounts receivable, billing, and operational metrics.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Must be able to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
